Rubber seal is a bit weathered and does have a few small cracks. See pictures for condition.
Removed from 1989 325i.
Everything to upgrade to the late model gear drive window regulator. Most of the swap is plug and play. One hole needs to be drilled in the door for rear window guide rail bolt.
